Best Fresh Recipes from Sicily & Grandma's Homemade Secrets!
Fresh Pasta
Chefs Alessandra and Gianfranco will teach students the differences between Pasta shapes, and flours used to make Pasta.
Students will work with their hands to create Linguine and Ravioli Pastas using Grandma's secrets.

Tiramisù
Made of ladyfinger pastries, or savoiardi, dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone, and flavored with cocoa. We have recipes for Original, Strawberry, and Limoncello.

Sourdough Bread
We share our own recipe for sourdough bread, including how to create and feed your starter. Together we will bake a loaf for ourselves to enjoy, and you will go home with dough ready to bake or freeze.

4 Course Meal
We will lead you through preparing and cooking an entire Four Course Meal for Lunch or Dinner.
Includes recipes for Appetizer, Salad, Entree, and Dessert! The menu can be personalized to your tastes and desires, or we will suggest our favorites.
Cooking is a labor of love, so we will eat and enjoy as we cook and learn.

Classes at Owl Creek Farm Resort will take place in our fully equipped Outdoor Kitchen in a Peaceful setting surrounded by Nature. Complimentary water, Coffee and Herbal Teas (using Organic herbs that grow in our greenhouse) will be available to students throughout class.

We can organize Italian Cooking Classes at your home for a group of 4-6 people.
Your address has to be within 10 miles of Owl Creek Farm Resort to be considered. Additional fees will be applied for for travel further than 10 miles.
